On the morning of Thursday, September 7, 2023, the National Institute of Commerce invited Mongkul Panha Mony Chhoeun Chhouk to be the Honorary King and Dharmador of Dangkor District and the Chief Inspector of Chamkar Khsach Pagoda in Khan. Dangkor, Phnom Penh, came to hold a social moral education ceremony and give advice, including meditation to the leaders, civil servants, teachers and students of the National Institute of Business.
